It's official

Ok, so it's official. We put our house on the market! We've been wanting to find property and build for a long time, but can't do so until we have the funds to pay for these pricey lots. It's a buyers market, so if we can't get out of it what we want, we'll stay put. We really do love our home, we just want room to breath between houses. We also want something that we build (ok Brad builds for the most part) We had a showing the day it went on the market. An offer the next day, but it was more like a joke. That one was quickly put to rest.....we hope.

Brayden's room

Here is Brayden's room after painting. This is the same room in one of the old blogs that the kids were painting. It looks a lot better (even though I liked the old one too). It fits Brayden's personality better. He's happy with it, and especially likes the shelf that he's wanted forever. Aimee's had one since the first six months we've lived here, so he's happy. He likes the rustic feel about it now. So do we.

Fort fun

The kids were so excited to share their fun with their friends! I think they used EVERY blanket in the house. It was such a mess to clean up, but look at them! You can just see how much fun they were having. They didn't care that it was only about 37 degrees! It was so COLD! I'll let them do it again when I don't freeze taking their pictures :)

Painting Brayden's room

Here's Kalli and Brayden painting over Brayden's bright room. He went to the cabin look. They had a lot of fun helping dad paint.

Brayden and Kalli in snow

Snow angel

Look at the angel in the snow. Brayden loving the snow here. He will shovel the walks and driveway. He piles into one big pile so that when everyone's elses is gone, we still have a little.

SNOW IN SPRING

Brayden showing off his favorite thing in the world.......SNOW! He was so excited he could hardly contain himself! He said, "Who would have ever thought we, Washington, would get snow in the spring?!

SNOW IN SPRING

Even though it's spring, the kids enjoyed the snow! I thought I moved to Washington! This is more like Utah all over again. Oh well, the kids sure enjoyed it!
Aimee talked Kalli into posing for the camera.
